1. Onboard VTX can only work when battery was plug. And low power of vtx when disarmed was actived. So the vtx is very lower nearly 0 power out when drone was not armed, you can change power level value.
2. Visit https://app.betaflight.com and click “select your device” then choose can’t find my USB device, then connect comport and betaflight configurator.
